After your purchase, we order your product at the producer or distributor involved, who will then arrange shipping to you. We only work together with producers or distributors who can deliver your product to your doorstep in maximum 5 working days. This way, we guarantee timely and secure dispatch of your products directly from their warehouses.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: All orders placed on GrowDepot.eu are dispatched from European warehouses and will typically arrive at your doorstep in a maximum of 5 working days.

Delivery Fees

• Their are no delivery charges. Products ordered at GrowDepot.eu are shipped to you for free.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Separately, you will receive a Track & Trace number from  the shipping company, with which you can track your order.

Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and (if needed) sign for the package. If no one is available during the delivery attempt, our courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or where to pick up your package.

Failed Deliveries
